Call for Abstracts
Abstract deadline will be Friday, October 3, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern.
Abstract Submission
To submit your abstract electronically, visit https://srm2026.abstractcentral.com. It is required of all abstract submitters to complete the CME Disclosure questions for each co-author in order to submit your abstract. The questions are available when you log in to submit your abstract. It is required that you submit your abstract electronically. If you have any difficulty with the submission process that you cannot resolve yourself, please contact ScholarOne Customer Care at s1help@silverchair.com.

Pre Registration Deadline - February 22, 2026
Emailed notification of cancellation must be dated by February 1, 2026 to obtain a partial refund of the registration fee. SRM will retain 4% of the registration fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
Registrations will be processed on-line only.
A link with a detailed list of the SRM daily events will be emailed to registrants before the meeting. An overall agenda will be available onsite.
80th Anniversary Event
The SSCI will be celebrating its 80th Anniversary with an event at the Audubon Aquarium on Friday, February 27, from 6:30-9:30 pm. This event includes a reception with access to the aquarium followed by dinner. Transportation between the hotel and the aquarium is provided. Space is limited to 150 people.
Members of the "80 for 80 Club" will receive a complimentary ticket. Others may purchase tickets during the registration process. Ticket prices are:
- $100 for Faculty,
- $75 for Junior Faculty (defined as Instruction/Assistant Professor during first 5 years of appointment), and
- $40 for Trainees.
